At 39, Jordana built Relax & Wax into two thriving studios while raising three children. Her philosophy is simple: waxing is not just a service — it's a moment where a woman reclaims how she feels in her own skin.
Every technician she trains inherits that standard. Every guest who walks out of her studio carries it with them.
Both waxing and sugaring remove hair from the root. Most clients stay smooth for 3–6 weeks depending on hair type and growth cycle. With regular sessions, regrowth becomes finer and sparser.
Waxing uses hard or soft wax applied warm and pulled against hair growth. Sugaring uses a natural paste of sugar, lemon, and water at room temperature, applied and pulled in the direction of growth — making it gentler on skin and ideal for sensitive areas.
Come with clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about 2 weeks of growth). Avoid sunburn, exfoliate lightly 24 hours before, and let your esthetician know about any skin conditions or sensitivities.
